In Windows 11 File Explorer, a problem occurs after pressing the F11 key to enter full-screen mode

After pressing F11 in File Explorer to enter full-screen mode, interface elements such as the address bar and toolbar become misaligned or overlap. Pressing F11 or Esc again does not exit full-screen mode properly; the only way to restore normal functionality is to force-close the File Explorer process via Task Manager.
