Ics windows 11: no way to share a connection remotely
My lan consists of a Windows 10 family computer and a Windows 11 pro computer.
Each computer has an ethernet card connected to my ISP's modem/router.
Additionally, they each have a second ethernet card connected to an SMC swith.
The lan also includes a Linksys WAP300N wifi router with an ethernet output connected to the SMC switch.
In the register of each computer the variable ‘ipenablerouter ‘ has the value 1 and
in the services of each computer ‘internet connection sharing’ as well as ‘routing and remote access’ have been activated.
Finally on each machine, through the ‘network and sharing center’, I configured a remote connection
and I checked the option ‘allow other people to use this connection’.
When I put sharing on the remote connection of the computer in Windows 10 the sharing works perfectly.
The computer in Windows 11 can use the remote connection of the computer in Windows 10 as well as
android devices (in static mode).
If I put sharing on the computer's remote connection in Windows 11, nothing works.
So my question is what should I do for ownership ‘sharing’ of remote computer connection in windows 11
also works with remote connection.

Windows 11's firewall might block the sharing or routing:
Open Windows Defender Firewall.
Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.
Ensure File and Printer Sharing and Network Discovery are enabled for private networks.
Also, check Inbound Rules for Routing and Remote Access and File and Printer Sharing to be enabled.

Your network setup is quite detailed and involves multiple components, including two computers with multiple network interfaces, network sharing configurations, and a wireless access point. From your description, the core issue is that enabling "sharing" on the Windows 11 machine's remote connection doesn't work as expected, unlike on your Windows 10 machine.
