I agree it is odd. The iCloud plug-in file is located at C:\ProgramData\Apple Inc\iCloud\Outlook\APLZOD6432.dll, which is supposed to work with both Office 64-bit and 32-bit versions. Maybe someone can try to get an older version of this file to replace the new version and check if this can resolve the issue without crashing the iCloud
In this case, if somebody finds this old version of APLZOD6432.dll that works, please post a link for it here.
