24H2 is more challenging but I managed to install Windows 11 24H2 by following the steps in this tutorial:

It is simple and easy for beginners. Simply import the Windows 11 ISO and check the bypass option. Wait a couple of minutes and you will have a bootable USB to install Windows 11 on unsupported PC. Here is the screenshot:
