How to fix mouse problems caused by KB5120998

My mouse didn't react to choices made for the look of the mouse arrow.

I looked and asked for solutions without success until a college of mine at SeniorWeb reacted to a post of mine in the Windows forum.

He referred to an article of Tweakers with the solution: uninstalling the update KB5120998.

This appeared to be succesfull: now my mouse reacts immediately to the chosen option for the look of the mouse arrow!
