How to Fix iPhone Stuck on support.apple.com/iphone/restore on a Windows PC?
Hi everyone, I really need help! My iPhone suddenly went black and is now stuck on the “support.apple.com/iphone/restore” screen. No matter what I do, I just can't get past it.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? Do I have to completely reset it or is there another way to fix it? Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for this!

Hey, I ran into the same issue a while ago — that screen usually means your iPhone has entered recovery mode, often after a crash or failed update.
If you're on Windows, here are a few things you can try:
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed (or use Finder on macOS Catalina or later).
Connect your iPhone to your PC using a USB cable.
iTunes should detect that your iPhone is in recovery mode and prompt you with options to Update or Restore.
Try Update first — it will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.
If that doesn’t work, you might have to use Restore, but that will erase the device and reinstall the system. Also, make sure your cable and USB port are working properly — sometimes connection issues can mess up the process.
Hope this helps and good luck — I know how frustrating that screen can be! Also you can https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Lo63BiGDYM&t=2s to see how to fix the issue step-by-step.

you can try to do a Force restart, click volume up , then volume down, then long press the power button until your phone shows apple logo!
