How to Change the Time Server in Windows 11 for Better Synchronization
Windows 11's default time server often fails to sync in China. Replacing it with a more reliable alternative (as shown) fixes the issue.

You can try the Alibaba one: ntp.aliyun.com
In Settings > Language & Region > Date & Time, tap Sync Now under Additional Settings
Have you changed the time server to any other option and it worked? Or you still need help with that.
