High internet Utilization after upgrading to Win 11 can be fixed after disabling the service
Recently i have upgraded my PC from Win 10 to Win 11 after the upgrade internet utilization went up more than 60 %, from previous month.
When i checked the Data Usage the "System" application is using lots of GB's of internet.
So searched lots of article which says to turn on the "meter connection" even after that the Usage is the same.
So i decided to investigate and found out that "print spooler" service is utilizing very high Data which is more than 6Mbps, so i have disabled the "print spooler service" and now Data utilization gone down.
Pernille-Eskebo there may be flows in Print spooler service on win11 please fix it so that Data utilization cab be reduced.

- Normally after upgrade or fresh install of Windows, there are communication between Windows and Microsoft server to check for update and send possible error reporting. Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates and restart your PC and see if the problem persists?
Are you using any network printer?- device is in the domain so all the patches were regularly updated.
no we are not using any network printer, its common issue after we upgrade the device from 10 to 11,and high utilization of data can be stopped by disabling the print spooler service.- In this case, I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue, so the Windows team would be able to investigate it.
Just for test, try boot into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists?
