Get stop code 0xc000021a after updating

Hi! My window 11 was running just fine but last week it forced me to update and I haven't checked it since then. I remember it said something about remove old os version (10) to save space I chose yes. Yesterday when I check it after a week, I got the green screen with "window insider build has run into a problem" and stop code 0xc000021a, the screen only show for less then 1s and I had to record the screen and play it in slow motion. Then it run diagnosis, try to fix, and failed, it showed options to restart (doesn't work) and advanced options. I tried uninstalled updates (both quality and feature), sfc scan, dism, startup in safe mode, startup repair, system restore but nothing work. I tried reset the PC but it keep showing the msg "undoing changes" when it reaches 30-50%. I have tried every solutions I found on YouTube but nothing work. I'm not an expert so if you know how to fix this please help me. Thanks.
