Ethernet controller error code 28
After updating to the latest version of Windows 11 (24H2), my Ethernet connection stopped working. I've reinstalled Windows and tried installing the drivers multiple times, but nothing seems to work. The driver installer starts but then closes immediately, and I'm not sure if that's the issue. I also used Intel's assistant and Armoury Crate to install the latest drivers without going through the motherboard manufacturer, but neither seems to detect the Ethernet controller. Any suggestions?

Go to Settings (Win + I) → Windows Update → Check for updates.
If Windows finds a driver, it will install it automatically.

In Device Manager, in Device Manager, or manually install the latest driver from the motherboard manufacturer's official website.
