Disappointing experience – unstable system and inconsistent support
I really wanted to like this computer, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience so far. The system regularly freezes or shuts down without warning, which makes it unreliable and that’s been incredibly stressful.
I contacted the PCS helpline -the first specialist I spoke to gave poor advice that ended up locking me out of the system entirely. The second and third calls were with the same person, who seemed uninterested and didn't help much. Thankfully, I eventually got through to someone who was excellent (Thank you Matthew S) — they helped me get back into the system, although the original problem still remains.
All told, I spent around 7 hours on and off the phone trying to resolve this, which was exhausting.
At the moment, I don’t have the time to send it in for repair, though I’m hoping to do that in a few months hence this review
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think it’s fair to say this has not lived up to expectations — both in terms of reliability and support.

Fortunately, I eventually reached someone who was excellent—thank you, Matthew S.—who helped me regain access to the system. However, the original issues still remain unresolved.
