I contacted the PCS helpline for support. The first specialist I spoke to provided poor advice that ended up locking me out of the system entirely. The second and third calls were with the same representative, who seemed uninterested and was not very helpful. Fortunately, I eventually reached someone who was excellent—thank you, Matthew S.—who helped me regain access to the system. However, the original issues still remain unresolved.
