I have the same problem. I switched from an old HDD to a new SSD in the same PC, and now Windows won’t activate. When I boot from the HDD, it shows that Windows is activated and linked to my Microsoft account, but when I try to activate it on the SSD using the “I changed hardware” option, it says there are no devices linked to my account.
