Can't install .Net 3.5 at windows 11

Hi,

I'm having windows 11:

version: 21H2

build: 22000.370

I've tried to install .net framework 3.5 but the installer is not responding = not opening.

The issue is produced by:

- Right click on the installer -> run as administrator

- Double click on the installer

- Restart didn't help 😄

I'm not getting any error code/error message, the installer GUI isn't opening.

Can someone help?
