Can Old 90s/2000s CD-Rom Games run on Windows 11?
Hello, everyone! I collect old games and I might get a new Windows 11 laptop. I’d like to collect these CD-Rom games I had as a child.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Reading Blaster 2000
Jumpstart 1st Grade
Jumpstart Kindergarten 1997
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego (1996)
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego (2001)
Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego (1996)
Pajama Sam: No Need To Hide When It's Dark Outside
These games, though I might be considered a bit too old for some, will be part of a “returning and reuniting” plan I have for my collection, so I want to know if these games can run on a Windows 11 computer with a disc drive, and if yes, what can I do to help them run well?

For games that are DOS-based or very old, DOSBox is an excellent emulator that allows running DOS games on modern systems.

Thanks, but these aren’t DOS games. Most of the games are 2D with pixel graphics, but they were meant to run on 90s and 2000s models older than Windows 95. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a 3D point-and-click adventure with fun minigames and puzzles. Any official and legal ways or peripherals or add-ons that allow these to run sufficiently on Windows 11 without any goofups?
