blocked as guest

hello, let me explain. A little while ago the password to connect to my windows user was blocked, so I used a cmd to delete the passwords and I accidentally deleted the administrator account. I'm now blocked as a guest. I don't have access to the admin cmd or anything else that requires permissions. I have very important data on the other account to which I no longer have access (it hasn't been deleted, I just can't open the folder). What can I do?
