Automatic Shutdown in windows 11.

Question

I am having a Dell Latitude E7470 and I recently updated to windows 11 and I had download some apps on it but recently after powering on it is having a high CPU usage I tried uninstalling some apps but it's the same result. I think I need to reset it.

Have you install all updates for the Windows?Are you seeing any error before the shutdown?Does it happen when you run a specific application?
