Are Windows 10 UI elements still present in Windows 11?

I recently noticed that the blue spinning dots from the older Windows 10 design are still used in some parts of Windows 11. It feels a little out of place compared with the newer animations and visual style.

I know it’s a small detail, but these older UI elements make Windows 11 feel less consistent. Could Microsoft eventually replace them with an animation that matches the current Windows 11 design language? I’d really like to see the remaining legacy elements cleaned up.
