After my PC wakes up the monitor from sleep it will not accept inputs from the USB mouse or keyboard.

I have to ctrl/alt/del to get the Task Manager up, then press the esc key and keyboard and mouse start working.

The PC is brand new running an up to date version of Windows 11.

In Device Manager, disable the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” option for all USB Root Hubs, and update the motherboard chipset drivers.

Ensure you have all latest Windows updates installed. Check your motherboard manufacturer's website for any BIOS updates or specific USB driver updates for Windows 11.

Try to update the graphics card driver and disable the USB selective suspend setting.
