After copying a file with Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V sometimes fails to paste it properly
When you press Ctrl + C to copy a file in File Explorer, pressing Ctrl + V to paste it results in no response, and the paste operation cannot be completed. You must press Ctrl + C again to copy the file before the paste function returns to normal. This issue occurs more frequently when copying large files.

Restart the Windows Explorer process and try the copy-and-paste operation again.
