Account Unkown in security for Users\MyAccount directory

I am confused.  70 year old former developer.  Trying to set up a new machine using 365  and a Microsoft account instead of a local account.  Had a problem importing a registry key from Windows 10 (for putty), Error accessing the registry.  I search around about the registry key error and do not see anything useful.    Then I start to track down what the system says about file ownership.  Look at the Administrators line.  (..ComputerName..\Administrators) . I do not see any users.  Is that normal?  A >whoami gives this:   gjvictus1\gary_  Around 1970 Microsft was touting WYSIWYG.  what you see is what you get. I do not get what they I see.
