┃ character not displaying in Notepad on Windows 11

I am reporting a bug where the ┃ character is not displaying in Notepad on Windows 11. The problem exists in previous builds as well and started about a few weeks ago.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Notepad on Windows 11.
2. Type the ┃ character.
3. The character will not display.

Expected behavior:

The ┃ character should display as a vertical bar with a horizontal line through it.

Reproducibility:

The problem is reproducible on all of my Windows 11 devices.

System information:

• Windows 11 version number: 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1848)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-13400F
• Memory: 32 GB
• Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

I have tried the following to fix the problem:

• Restarting my computer
• Reinstalling Notepad
• Running an SFC scan
• Running a DISM scan

None of these solutions have worked.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this bug and fix it in a future release of Windows 11.
