Windows Update, but nothing appears in the window
The PC Health Check tool showed that my system meets the requirements.
However, the Windows 11 Installation Assistant says I need to update to Windows 10 version 2004 or higher before I can upgrade to Windows 11.
But when I open Windows Update, the window doesn’t display anything.
What should I do to upgrade to Windows 11?
I want to keep my software and data, so I don’t want to install from an ISO file.

Download Windows 10 ISO and mount the file. After that, click the setup.exe to update Windows 10 to latest 22H2.
First, you can download Windows 10 Update Assistant tool to upgrade to Windows 10 Version 22H2.
Then you can download Windows 11 Version 24H2 ISO in same language as of the existing language on system. With this ISO upgrade, you can keep your data and program:https://www.kapilarya.com/how-to-upgrade-windows-10-to-windows-11-using-iso-file
Or you can also use Windows 11 Installation Assistant which you can download from here:
