Windows Update, but nothing appears in the window

First, you can download Windows 10 Update Assistant tool to upgrade to Windows 10 Version 22H2.
Then you can download Windows 11 Version 24H2 ISO in same language as of the existing language on system. With this ISO upgrade, you can keep your data and program:
