Now, regarding the issue with the second HDD, it seems that one of the partitions (SDATA1) is not visible in the "This PC" window, but it's visible in the Disk Management utility.

I was just told by a microsoft support chat agent "This message is a known Windows 10 ESU quirk: even when you’re fully updated and enrolled, Windows Update can still show “Your device is missing important security and quality fixes” because of stale Windows Update assessment/cache data or a mismatch in prerequisite servicing stack/cumulative updates after a fresh install." and they barely wanted to help because windows 10 isn't supported anymore.

Your issue is most likely caused by either incomplete update installation, corrupted update components, or activation problems with ESU. Resetting Windows Update components, verifying ESU status, and manually installing critical updates should help resolve the message.

Make sure your ESU license is valid and correctly activated—sometimes, license issues can cause Windows Update to misreport missing updates.

The message "your device is missing important security and quality fixes" after installing all updates and enrolling in the ESU (Extended Security Updates) program can be caused by several factors.
