windows 10 your device is missing important security and quality fixes

After I enrolled in ESU, 2025 November updates went fine, and then this message “Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.” started to appear in December and new updates were not shown. I started to search what updates have been released and after I installed them manually it went off briefly saying “You’re up to date.” only to come back again in January. Yesterday I searched again and downloaded 2026-03 Cumulative update, after installing it Windows Update find by itself two 2026-04 updates, and now it shows again “Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.” without being able to find any updates after pressing Check for updates. Also I noticed that some of the updates I installed manually are missing from “View updates history”.
