After i installed fresh windows 10 on my older laptop  i downloaded every single update available then i enrolled into ESU and after downloading everything this message in windows updates still remai...

I had the same problem, but after running these commands in CMD, the issue was fixed:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Then run:

sfc /scannow

 

After both commands completed, I restarted my PC and the “Your device is missing important security and quality fixes” error was gone.
