I have left Windows beta but still receiving preview builds?

If all else fails and you’re still receiving preview builds, you may consider doing a clean installation of Windows 10/11. This is to ensure you're starting fresh without any Insider configurations.
- AmandaopsCopper ContributorIf you were using a Microsoft account that was tied to the Insider Program, make sure you’re signed in with an account that is not associated anymore. If necessary, try logging out and back in.
- EliaspefoCopper ContributorSometimes, it may not complete the unsubscription process properly. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program and ensure that your account is no longer linked. If you see an option to "Stop getting preview builds," follow the prompts to confirm your unsubscription.
- Vincent785Copper ContributorMake sure you're running the correct version of Windows. If you're still running an older version of Windows, you might be getting preview builds from the older version. You can check your Windows version by going to Settings > System > About.
- PoppysannaCopper ContributorCheck under "Stop getting preview builds"to see if it indicates that you are no longer a part of the Insider Program.
- BradRobinsonCopper ContributorU need to do a clean install or u can just wait until 24H2.
- EommyBrass Contributor1.Check Insider Program settings:
Go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Insider Program and make sure it's fully exited.
2.Exit Insider Builds:
If the Preview option is still available, make sure you click “Stop getting previews”.
3.Restart your computer:
After changing the settings, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
4.Check Windows Update settings:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and make sure there are no Insider updates settings.
5.Remove optional updates:
Go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update > View optional updates and deselect the Preview update.
6.Reinstall Windows (if necessary):
If the above steps do not work, consider reinstalling Windows 10 or 11.
