In case you observe this error for KB5034441 update and you will see update failures for this update, then it is known issue.

If I interpret correctly, the attack vector must be physical contact with the computer - remote violation is not possible?
- Correct, explanation of Physical is "The attack requires the attacker to physically touch or manipulate the vulnerable component. Physical interaction may be brief or persistent." , it is still important and hopeful a solution will be available soon.
Thank you, it means that the threat is very low and waiting for an official fix is a good thing.
