Error 0x80070570 usually happens because of corrupted installation files, faulty USB media, or RAM/storage issues. I’d first recommend recreating the Windows 10 bootable USB using the official Microsoft Media Creation Tool and trying a different USB port. Also, run a quick RAM check and make sure the SSD/HDD doesn’t have bad sectors. In many cases, the issue gets fixed after rebuilding the installation media properly.

You sure you have the right specs? Anyway, try reinstalling the installer software on your USB. Good luck, you'll need it.

If your PC can boot into recovery mode: Force shutdown 3 times during startup to trigger Automatic Repair. From there, go to Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC or Command Prompt.
