Manager hierarchy in live survey results not showing

I recently launched a survey on June 10th. As an admin, I can see the live results coming in and noticed that the exec/VP data isn't listed under "Demographic breakdown by Attribute - Manager Hierarchy" on the results dashboard. Instead, it just lists "All". So essentially, no roll up data is coming in.
We recently had a CEO change. An admin went into settings in Glint to update the Top-Level Manager to the new CEO, but is there anything more we needed to do beyond that? I have a hunch that the lack of roll up data is because something is broken in the hierarchy due to the CEO switch.
The survey is live until July 1. Can someone help guide me on how to fix this so we can see hierarchy roll up data? Is this even a problem because of the CEO change?

Hi, your hunch about the CEO change is reasonable. In Glint, hierarchy reporting depends on the employee data and manager relationships being complete and processed, not just the top-level manager value being changed in settings. I’d check the latest employee file to confirm Manager ID values roll up cleanly to the new CEO and that there are no broken links or inactive managers in the chain. Also keep confidentiality thresholds in mind, because some hierarchy cuts may show as All if the group size is too small. If the survey is already live, I’d involve Viva Glint support before making major data changes so you do not risk the active results.
