Manager hierarchy in live survey results not showing
Hello, I recently launched a survey on June 10th. As an admin, I can see the live results coming in and noticed that the exec/VP data isn't listed under "Demographic breakdown by Attribute - Manager Hierarchy" on the results dashboard. Instead, it just lists "All". So essentially, no roll up data is coming in. We recently had a CEO change. An admin went into settings in Glint to update the Top-Level Manager to the new CEO, but is there anything more we needed to do beyond that? I have a hunch that the lack of roll up data is because something is broken in the hierarchy due to the CEO switch. The survey is live until July 1. Can someone help guide me on how to fix this so we can see hierarchy roll up data? Is this even a problem because of the CEO change?
