Hello, I recently launched a survey on June 10th. As an admin, I can see the live results coming in and noticed that the exec/VP data isn't listed under "Demographic breakdown by Attribute - Manager Hierarchy" on the results dashboard. Instead, it just lists "All". So essentially, no roll up data is coming in. We recently had a CEO change. An admin went into settings in Glint to update the Top-Level Manager to the new CEO, but is there anything more we needed to do beyond that? I have a hunch that the lack of roll up data is because something is broken in the hierarchy due to the CEO switch. The survey is live until July 1. Can someone help guide me on how to fix this so we can see hierarchy roll up data? Is this even a problem because of the CEO change?Restricting Survey Access by Section
Hello, Is there a way to create multiple sections in a survey so that managers can view only one section and administrators can view another? The documentation I found only mentions response thresholds, not how to mask section results. Any guidance would be appreciated.Direct Reports under different manager
As a company, we recently made an acquisition for a headcount of 83 in last month. All the members are tagged to TA manager for time being to get the onboarding and their email domains, system integration etc. So finally, as the Glint Survey is the snapshot of the time on that day they were tagged to the wrong manager and the very next day they were tagged to the right one. I raised a support request today. Can we retroactive update so that they go under rightful managers?.92Views0likes0Comments
