Missing suggested actions
Hello,
In reviewing the result from a Glint survey I have noticed that some of the questions don't have suggested actions. Who can I work with to address this?

In Viva Glint, Suggested Actions are not automatically available for every survey question.
Suggested Actions are driven by Suggested Action templates, which are linked to specific survey items (questions or statements) in the Viva Glint Question Library. If a question doesn’t have a Suggested Action showing, it typically means one of the following applies:
- The question is custom (not a standard Viva Glint item), and no Suggested Action template has been mapped to it.
- The question exists in the Question Library, but it has not been linked to a Suggested Action template.
- The item is informational or diagnostic and does not have People Science–curated action guidance.
To address this, you can work with your Viva Glint administrator (or your Microsoft partner) to:
- Link the question to an existing Suggested Action template, or
- Create or customize a Suggested Action template and map it to that question, including adding your own Content Resources (articles, videos, links, etc.).
Once a survey item is linked to a Suggested Action template, managers will see Suggested Actions when they select that item as a Focus Area.
