Why can't I see Own Posts in Viva engage home feed?

Hello!

I am not able to see own posts among the other posts featured in the viva engage home feed. Only when I navigate to my profile then I am able to see them. Even after switching to 'All Conversations' own posts are not visible no matter how deep we scroll down. Similar behavior is observed by other team members as well.
Is that a default Viva engage feature and if not then kindly please mention how it can be accessed or rectified.
