Unable to take Ownership for Teams App

Meghana-MSFT I was able to solve this by reenabling one of the old owner accounts. I used that old owner account then to add the new owner.
What is user role to whom you are trying to give ownership? Please note that only the Teams Tenant admin or Global admin can take ownership of the app from Teams Developer Portal.

The User with wich I'm trying to take Ownership is a Global Admin in our Tenant.
