Microsoftjpinto2090- If the app was developed in-house or for your organization, check your organization's app catalog in Teams. The owner information might be listed there.
If the app is registered in Azure Active Directory, you might be able to find the owner through the Azure portal. Navigate to "App registrations" and look for the app. The owner should be listed there.
