Start a new teams meeting in a channel and all the members to join with Audio & Video off

Hello everyone,

We are looking for ways to start a new meeting automatically in a channel when one of the users clicks on a button in our Teams App added in the channel.

And when the meeting starts, we want all the users in the channel to join automatically in video and audio off mode.

We did following but couldn't figure out how to do it:

1. Created a MS Teams App and used Teams API

2. Created Bots

We want to know if this is possible or not. If yes how can we achieve it?
