Create Bot without Developer Studio

Hi, We have a bit hard policies and users are not able to use the Developer Studio by they own to make new Bot:   If you press [New Bot] you can give the name, but then [Create Bot] start hang...

Thanks Prasad_Das-MSFT​ your response. Yes, I know it is not bug but our own internal limitation :) And I actually start preparing to test this Application Development role.

But I'm a bit interested to know your Azure Bot resource method. If that is a working workaround, then do you know why already existing chatbots are not listed on there? I assume you are referring: Microsoft Foundry \ Bot Services \ More Services \ Bot Services in Entra? Before this restriction I was able setup these.

I do have other Azure Bots on there which are part of the Resource Groups, but ChatBot on Teams cannot be found from there.

Bots created via Developer Studio are often just App Registrations in Microsoft Entra ID and not actual Azure Bot Service resources, so they won’t appear under Bot Services in Azure. 

Only bots explicitly created as Azure Bot resources show up there.

As a workaround, your admins can manually create an App Registration + Azure Bot resource, link them, and enable the Teams channel—this avoids using Developer Studio in Microsoft Teams entirely.
