I am using Desktop for Windows.
The ribbon looks like this:
Thanks - as far as I can tell, that screenshot is from Excel Online (the browser version), not the desktop version.
This is the ribbon in the desktop version of Excel (in Microsoft 365):

Could you assist me in changing those numbers on the X-axis of the graphs that I'm building from the data on the chart attached?

So what I'd like to learn to do, is to create THIS graph (below) using the data from the previous post, with the dates along the X-axis (they go in 5-year intervals, from 1935).

See the attached version.
Click on the chart, then click Select Data on the Chart Design tab of the ribbon.
Click Edit to see how the x-values and y-values have been defined.
