yahiaouifaten - There's a delay expected in custom app being published after admin approval or upload. It can be more than 24 hours. Could you please let us know if the app shows as approved and available after a day?

We are still facing an issue as when our IT admin approves nothing really happens. the approval doesn't save and still shows as pending.
