HELP!! meetingSidePanel in apps meetings is not working.

Hi everyone,

I have tried to follow this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/apps-in-teams-meetings/teams-apps-in-meetings but could not make our tab app appear in the sidepanel during meetings. I have also used manifest for developer review. Could anyone take a look into the app https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/bcc1e759-7012-456f-9ec6-d60855078456?source=store-copy-link and please let me know if I missed any configs to make the tab appear in the side panel. I really appreciate if you could provide me the sample code for this feature.
