Forum for teams meeting addon develelopers

Hello, is there a forum where developers with ms teams addon experiance (JS SDK) are meeting? I am searching for an experianced developer for implementation of an addon to teams meetings of an exisiting javascript based app. The app is running so only the integration including marketplace registration ect. is searched.
