Extend Teams, so "notes" under the name/video of a participant

Hi All,

I have TEAMs sessions with a lot of people, customers and colleagues.

I would like to extend my teams experience in order to take "side notes" for each of my frequent colleagues. for example "Fred E, he is based in Dubai, have worked with him on project A, B, C... and as he is bord in France, I can say Bonjour to say hello".

The experience I am looking for is for example if hover a video (so a person), I would for example get my side note on the side, or on the picture.

Imagine that I have 10 participants, with 5 people where  I have side notes... that would help me instantly to engage some nice conversation.

I doubt this feature exist.. I wounder what would be the best approach to extend/create this feature.
