Deleting AutoAttendants and CallQueue

Yes I do. But there is no way to remove because of these dependencies.
One possibility to delete with multiple steps
1. Delete Caller ID from CallQueue
2. Adjust the exception in the CallQueue
3. Remove CallQueue
4. Remove AutoAttendant

MicrosoftWe duplicated the problem and by removing the RAs from the AA we were trying to delete we were able to delete the AA even if other AAs and CQs referenced the AA directly or through the RA that used to be assigned to it.
