Citations on MS Teams IPad is broken

Hi,

    Citations rendering on Teams(iPad) is broken. it works fine on desktop as shown below

but it shows an error saying "unable to access" on ipad. this was working fine a month ago but broken now.

Can i get some help?

    Hi achebrol​ , thanks for raising this issue. This issue is likely due to a recent change or bug in the Microsoft Teams iPad app. If citations render correctly on desktop but show “unable to access” on iPad, it’s not a problem with your Copilot agent or knowledge source setup—it’s a Teams mobile client issue.

     

    We will repro this from our end and will raise a bug accordingly. Additionally, could you please share the iPad Teams version details where you are encountering this issue?
