Citations on MS Teams IPad is broken

This issue is likely due to a recent change or bug in the Microsoft Teams iPad app. If citations render correctly on desktop but show “unable to access” on iPad, it’s not a problem with your Copilot agent or knowledge source setup—it’s a Teams mobile client issue.

We will repro this from our end and will raise a bug accordingly. Additionally, could you please share the iPad Teams version details where you are encountering this issue?
