All Teams Bots Not Working At All

This morning all of a sudden all our Teams bots stopped working. These are bots built using bot framework running on Azure Bot Teams Channel. Is this related to the current Teams API issue we talking...

Hi DasunDaDev​ .  I have the same issue see:

We have narrowed it down and we have 2 modes of failure

  1. No payload when a notification of a call  arrives
  2. We get an incoming notification but then don't get subsequent notifications (establishing and or established) after we answer it.

Also I have been testing this for 2 or 3 days and have noticed that sometimes it works for a short period of time
