I have the same Problem on a Pro 11 Business Modell OLED. I had a Surface Pro 9 before and even the 4th Model, both work perfectly fine. I tried 2 different Surface Pen 2 and 1 of the older Pen Versions from my Pro 4. All Pens work perfectly fine on the older Models, but cause the same Problem on the new Pro 11. Ive made a full recovery already, with updating all drivers (downloaded them from Microsoft) but it didnt work. I just thought if it might be an OLED issue, but have no comparison. As I know, the Business Models and some Snapdragon Elite Models have an OLED Display. If there is any Solution to this I would appreciate any information.
