Displaying battery percentage on Surface Hub 2S
Hi all, hope this doesn't sound like too stupid a question but...
We have several Surface Hub 2S devices at both 85" and 50". On one of the 50" devices, there is a percentage indication for the battery life (don't have this on the 80" as they have to be plugged in). None of the other 50"s have this switched on and I can't figure out how to enable it on any of the others. I've been through all the options I think but it just doesn't seem to be there anywhere.
Very grateful for any help in switching this on.

The device will receive power from the battery via the DC cable but the battery information is sent via the USB cable. Both are independent from each other.
Please also check this new article that will give you a better insight on how the battery should be installed.

Assuming all your Surface Hubs are equipped with batteries, please make sure the USB cable is connected between your Surface Hub and the APC battery and your device is up to date.

Thanks for the suggestion but the device runs when not plugged in, so the battery's definitely connected and working.- cezarcretu
